Despite the fact that we won “most intense spring pond clean-up” Ben did the job well and with a smile!
This company truly has a passion to beautify and and maximize pond spaces, so to be able to simply make a phone call and have our set-up in spring and our close down in fall taken care of is wonderful! Now, we can simply enjoy!
Thanks again Ben!
Ben was great. He was able to scheduled a spring cleaning in a few days. Our pond is the cleanest it’s ever been. He moved some of the boulders around for a more attractive pond. Our 9 koi fish love the space. They are super active compared to before.
The price is worth it and reasonable. We purchased the basic package for spring clean up and winterization in the fall. I think it’s a great value and will save us a lot of time trying to do it ourselves.
He is very responsive when we text or call with questions. He’s very knowledgeable and has helped us improve our ecosystem for a healthier pond and koi life.
There was a leak in the pond system therefore the water was not flowing back into the pond.
I called Superior Ponds and within an hour he was there working to fix the problem. Pond functioning wonderfully since the repair.

Pond Repair Case Studies In Southern Minnesota
30-Foot Pondless Waterfall and Stream Repair in Chanhassen
For a recent project in Chanhassen, we repaired a 30-foot pondless waterfall and stream that had multiple leaks.
The homeowner had experienced water loss but couldn’t determine the exact source of the leaks. Our team performed an exploratory inspection, discovering seven leaks in the liner and one in the plumbing. All leaks were repaired, and a general health check of the entire water feature was completed to ensure everything was functioning correctly.
The total cost for this project was $2,100, with the patching materials and plumbing repair materials being the most significant expense at $500.
9'x12' Pond Plumbing Repair in Chaska
In Chaska, we repaired a 9’x12′ pond that had started leaking due to aging plumbing.
The homeowner had maintained the pond for years but noticed the plumbing had started to deteriorate. The homeowner identified the exact location of the leak, allowing us to step in quickly and repair the damaged section. We replaced the damaged section using 3″ plumbing pipes, secure pipe connections, and fish-safe glue and primer to restore the pond’s functionality.
The total cost for this project was $462, with the most expensive item being the repair parts, costing $112.
30'x80' Pond Skimmer Repair in Golden Valley
In Golden Valley, we repaired a 30′ x 80′ pond skimmer that had developed leaks and cracks.
The skimmer was leaking, and the cracks needed attention. We drained a foot of water from the pond, removed the plumbing and pump from the old skimmer, and detached the liner. The damaged skimmer box was replaced with a new and upgraded skimmer, and we reconnected all components to ensure everything was functioning perfectly.
The total cost for this project was $1,800, with the most expensive item being the new skimmer box and attachments, which cost $1,198.
